Advieh (pronounce « advie ») is a typically iranian blend. Very easy to prepare but however very tasty, it is generally used to season rice dishes and meats, such as lamb. It will also generously flavor poultry and leguminous no matter if you use it as a rub or as a simple seasoning. A combination of spices rather unrecognized but for this reason to be discovered.
