Coriander seeds, caraway, chili, garlic.
Another blend stemming from the North Africa soil. Made up with coriander seeds (besides tabil means « coriander » in arabic) and chilli pepper, it comes from Tunisia where it is used in a large variety of dishes. Quite spicy, it will give away its full aromatic potential with lamb, fish in a sauce and, surprisingly, in mashed potatoes. Caraway is one of the dominant characteristics of this mix.
